Crash when creating new character.

Hi I just reached 50 and start buying Shadowbringers, after finished downloading it. I tried to move to new world in order to play this game with my friends.

When I created new character, it always shows error as attached photo. And for the current character, I can access but when I am playing 10-15 mins. Sometime it shows error again.

This never happens when I am playing in starter pack. Just happens after Shadowbringers is installed.

Just tried re-install it. Now it shows something like 'update version is required, error 1012'.

Please help I did not pay extension pack for getting error

How long have you been experiencing the direct x crash? When Final Fantasy XIV crashes, are there any programs running in the background? What have you tried to alleviate the issue so far?

In regard to the second error, could you provide a screen shot of the error message you receiving? Additionally, please provide a system report. Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
