Disembowel still only 24seconds

In patch 5.01 LNC/DRG's ability Disembowel was said to have increased duration from 24 seconds to 30 seconds. Since the update I have been noticing that my countdown for Disembowel still displays as 24 seconds despite the supposed change to the ability.

I thought perhaps this was a mistake on my part, from not paying attention, but after watching carefully several times when using the relevant combo (both under the influence of Heart of the Dragon and not, in case it mattered) it still only gave me 24 seconds. Another thought was that perhaps I needed to be 80 for the change and so I leveled up and checked again once I hit lv.80 and still it was 24 seconds.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong (entirely possible, I guess?) or if it's an actual bug, but I'd like to figure out in any case.

Are you sure you're not mistaking DoT from Chaos Thrust (still 24 secs as of 5.05) on enemy with Disembowel buff on yourself?

Oh dear... that may be exactly what I'm doing and in that case, I am sorely mistaken in making a bug report. Thank you for pointing out my error!
