Yea even though its always activated. It still seems somewhat useless when you need several hundred mp to cast one spell.
In a pinch Auto-refresh will not save you, nor a ether, unless you are like 10mp short =/

THM/BLM can get ballads now from a bard, which is helpful, atleast with this I can get by during group play.
