New static looking for new players!

[Xtrema]

Hello everyone! Me and 2 friends are creating a new static and we are looking for members to join us for 4.5 and ofcourse 5.0. The level of the static is mid-core - but with some limitations due to one of us working in shifts. We cleared O9s and O10s so progress will start on O11s. If you haven't cleared the first 2 yet but you think that you are a fast learner then we could discuss it

Here is some information about days and times:
Times: Between 18:00 - 20:00 ST is ideal for our shift guy so he can get more days done, but later is certainly possible.
Days: Sunday regular, other 2 days on rotation between Wednesday/Friday/Saturday
We use a list where people can fill in their available days throughout the week and from that we plan a minimum of 2 days with 2 - 2,5 hours of raiding, while aiming having 3 days.

Current classes we need:
2 Melee DPS (DRG/NIN/SAM/MNK, we don't do doubles but other then that we don't pick specific classes)
1 Ranged DPS (BRD/MCH)
1 Caster (SUM/RDM/BLM)

What we are looking for as players:
- Being fast on progression, learn quick, prepare tactics before the raid, know your class in and out and always trying to become better.
- Being friendly, mature, and able to communicate through Discord.
- Being flexible on raid times, won't lose sleep over when we aren't able to raid because RL interference.

What can we offer as a team, or at least try 100% to give our players back:
- A solid team with players who can build on each other, building up experience in Alphascape and be ready for Shadowbringers.
- Explanation of the raids we are progressing in will be provided, but people are free to come up with better and smarter tactics.
- Solid progression throughout the content, and if we are stuck, we try to improve as a team instead of putting blame on 1 player.
- Ambition to go for the Ultimate raids, as should be the ambition of our players.
