    Roulette: 50/60/70 No Phantasmagoria Tomes

    Why is there no incentive for lvl 80's to do the 50/60/70 roulette? All other roulette's @ lvl 80 except guildhests offer Phantasmagoria Tomes but that one and that one alone, only offer Goetia & Poetics. Mistake maybe?

    It never offered the cap tomestone, it always offered the base tomestone and the lower, uncapped tomestone of the expansion.
