Well then SE could only ban you if you are found to be using them. They don't ban you for having the software installed or for using it for something that does not interact with the game. It's not against the ToS to have a parser installed on your pc. It's against the ToS to use it in a way that it interacts with the game.

Ban discord entirely. Everyone on discord is using it to hide parsers. They're parsing everything.
