Diurnal Sect has no use for 6 levels after it's learned

This is true but its not exactly abnormal in this game as most of the jobs get job gauges or abilities that literally don't even function for another 10 to 15 levels.

Or in the case of scholar, they just straight up forget abilities, and then 15 levels later magically remember them again.

SE seriously needs to consider this garbage whenever they make an new expac, theres no excuse for something like a sect on AST to be useless for 6 levels, or for scholar to forget energy drain and then miraculously relearn it 15 levels later.
