Alliance Roulette problem

For SB, they dropped incentives they gave for both ARR and HW for weapons. There is absolutly no use to do SB alliance raid, since it is (was) more interesting to do Eureka or Omega (Alphastice).
Why should people run a content that doesn't provide any reward that deserves to spend more time on it? Don't blame the players, blame SE.

This said, one one hand, since people are reaching level 80, they shouldn't feel the need to avoid HW or SB raids, but on the other hand, when you see players who still don't know the basics : shared AOEs, individual AOEs, tracking AOEs and so, blame SE for levelling potion. People who are lowering their gear maybe just want to avoid this kind of players and the wipes they cause.
