Honestly? I've been considering to "abuse" the ilvl myself aswell and I totally understand why others do it. Everytime I get anything from Dun Scaith or higher I get pretty annoyed. I know I'm in for a raid that not only is tougher and takes longer but also the risk of having your party wipe at a boss is higher thus wasting even more time.
