    Lorikeet Down

Lorikeet Down is a crafting material that my retainer can gather at level 73. Drops from Rainbow Lorikeet enemies in Il Mheg. Can also be obtained by trading in Shared FATE gems.

The problem is this item is not used in any recipe. I now have all the new masterbooks that were added in 5.05 and this ingredient is no where to be found in any recipe in the game currently.

While it's not unheard of for a crafting ingredient to be added to the game before a recipe that requires it, because the item is so low level, at this point I'm wondering if this is a bug, or they simply forgot to use this item somewhere ?

Just hoping to bring this to the attention of the devs so they can check it out.

We were assuming it + ovim fleece would end up doing something with 5.05.

I'd imagine it was intended to be there in some form and they forgot, or itll be used in one of the next sets of silks.

Considering what other downs are used for my guess would be that they plan on using it for furniture, but since thats always only slowly added with recipes for lower levels added aswell, I could see them becoming useful later on when we get new pillows, beds and armchairs.

When I see an item with no use that's in THAT many places, I think I see something that's going to end up needing to be used everywhere. I figure that it'll be needed in the craftable equivelent of the current top gear, once they release the craftables that end up HQ better then the current top gear (and likewise have released new content that requires said gear and makes it useless).

    In other words, stock up.

And here I thought Lorikeet Down was a comical play on Black Hawk Down. Soooo disappointing
