Are they ever without the X?

Well I WAS going to switch to Masamune when the servers merged as it seems there will be more eng players there and help me to escape the jp scribbles in every /sh but I have yet to see ANY of the worlds besides Ragnarok loose their X and open up. Now with transfer about to close everything is still X.

Has the ability to transfer been a hoax or has my timing really just been that bad? Been checking daily, sometimes multiple times and x x x x x x x x x x x x x

lol its not that i dont wanna play on a multi-cultural server, as you are representing besaid with jp-eng-troll, that may not be a viable option

its just that i would like to be able to be more active and i cant with a majority of jp players, too much of a language barrier, as we have on mysidia right now.

seriously the need of you ppl to be such jerks to a simple question floors me. is there really a need to be like that or is it just that your lack of social skills in the real world leak over. This is the problem with forums. For every 1 decent answer you have to swim the sea of trolls. How SE ever gets any decent information on how to help with the game is beyond me. I think being able to move to another world with an X on it now is impossible as all full worlds should be locked based on SE's information. The only world you could move to is Ragnarok, if you did that you would be locked out of your current server. So really your options are to stay where you are or go to Ragnarok.

Why is this issue coming up now after you had plenty of time to make a move? I suppose your timing was just that bad. Which sucks because you're trying to move to Masamune. xD

I'd have been tempted to be a jerk to you if there hadn't been a post already doing so. there are more mature ways to phrase that, then you q.q about trolls by re-trolling toward the troll.

To answer your question the only time you're going to get lucky is if you camp out refreshing the transfer page all day hoping to see a "o" or a triangle, but they're into the second phase in like a day or two which alters the transfer rules so you might be SOL.

Yeah I had plenty of time and I have been checking since a few days after the worlds opened so I could move my chars and my roomie's. I just have never seen any of the worlds besides Ragnarok open. They have all just been constantly x'd out for me and for him. And now its just simply too late

Second Stage: From 1:00 a.m. PDT, March 12 (Monday) to 0:59 PDT, March 19 (Monday), 2012.
- Worlds that are populated with the maximum allowable characters will be fixed and locked.
- Locked Worlds cannot be selected as a transfer destination.
- As well, all players in locked Worlds will no longer be able to apply for World transfers.
　For this reason, we recommend that players complete their World transfer applications in the First Stage.
