

They haven't, and making a decision a month after an expansion would be a poor time to judge how many servers are needed. If things are still filled to the brim a couple of months from now... then yeah we probably need more.
Yeap, my feeling too. They are not deliberating if, but how many.
It amazes me how many people don't understand that creating new worlds to accommodate post-release crowds is a bad idea. You don't buy a bigger house because your extended family is coming to visit for a week - you just tough it out until they leave and things settle back down. New worlds are a long term commitment for a temporary issue. WoW did this back in its peak and later had to merge servers and come up with other solutions to the dozens upon dozens of dead servers that now haunt that game.
I'm really glad that SE has not made the mistake of creating new worlds as a knee-jerk reaction to what is, overall, a minor problem.
