Unable to enter Inn

I'm not sure if its a desired effect or not, but after a day of staying in my Inn Room (~24 hours earth time), I came out and did 2 local levequests (goldsmith) and a couple of bone rings. I checked my experience gain, and didn't notice the (+50%), and just assumed the experience bonus was automatically calculated in, as I received ~350 experience points.

As I return to go to my Inn room to make up the experience bonus I used, I speak with Otopa, and he gives me his cheerful greeting... and nothing more. There is no menu, only his say spam, and nothing more. I don't get any system errors, or messages other than the say text. I reset all of my chat filters to verify, and there is nothing coming through.

Is this expected? After staying in your room, can you not re-enter until you use up your entire bonus? I'm going to log out for tonight and attempt to re-enter the room in the morning, in case its time based... At the worse, if we aren't, I'd at least expect a system message explaining why I am unable to enter. Otherwise I'm not exactly sure.

In addition, access to inn rooms in Ul’dah will be temporarily restricted after the emergency maintenance. The purpose of this is to investigate the issue which has been causing Ul’dah to crash.

the bonus is just added to the exp there is now +50% notice in chat log its just added to it , no ther is no time limit you can litrally pop out of your inn do 1 craft go back in etc.. as i posted and as amanda states there having issues with inns in uldah just hop on the airship to LL or grid and stay there... perhaps then those citys wil have issues lol -.-

Couldn't have asked for a better group of answers! Thank you all so much. I hadn't caught that there was even maintence. This working 20+ hours a day is getting to me ~_~
