transferred my character on Thursday July 25th. I was unaware there was a ddos attack and everyone had been force logged out at that time. I never received an email saying the transfer went through. After waiting the full 24 hrs I submitted a ticket through sqex asking them what was wrong and never received a response. I then waited until Monday the 29th to call customer support. Needless to say I got the run around. There was nothing that could be done except wait for the game master.. I was told to wait two more days to see if the problem resolved itself. I was told 1.) I would not be reimbursed for the transfer and 2.) my character could not be recovered since she was not “hacked” however, seeing at this happened during a ddos attack I feel like she was and this should qualify for a character data recovery. I cannot log into ANY characters, even ones that had nothing to do with anything. This char is my main and I was ready for eden savage. I’ve spent so much money on foams and mounts and sub time I am NOT BEING REIMBURSED FOR. I am extremely disappointed at the minute amount of customer service I am getting for a game that makes millions each year.... my character is not no longer showing up in mogstation as in she’s deleted or something. WHERE IS SHE? What am I supposed to do now? I can’t play the game I love and PAID for.
