Not sure what is going on but FFxiv keeps crashing or freezes

This is the most recent of the errors I got popped up after trying to launch XIV and it closed out after trying to launch the game. I even had instances of the game crashing when trying to change areas.

How long have you been experiencing this issue? When the game crashes, do you receive an error message? If so, please provide it in your next reply. Were there any programs running at the same time as the game when it crashed? Could you also provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

I only ever had discord open while it was running and I have had this issue for about 3 weeks now, and updating drivers or switching off Dx11 support didnt seem to help at all. Here is the system report:

Good afternoon and thank you for the reply.

Could you try doing a cleanboot? Open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.
