WhiteMage looking for flexible static

Hello everyone!

I'll just throw this out here and hope for the best
I have played FFXIV for about 2.5 years now and got what I wanted out of the game. Crafting, gathering, a house and all that. But I have tried to find a good static and never managed to succeed. Since I work shifts and have irregular work schedule I am looking for a static that is ok with that situation and flexible enough to understand that IRL work comes before raids!
I started playing WoW about 10 years ago, and I was in a good raid team in my guild there. We progressed ALOT and I could easily say it was a hardcore team. We raided 3-5 days a week and it was EXHAUSTING! Looking back it was one of my prouder times as a gamer since that team put me on the top 5 Shaman healers in all of the EU servers! But enough flexing. That was a long time ago and I'm not there AT ALL anymore. I have calmed down alot and just want some fun progressing in the game and meeting new people. And maybe get some new friends I have raided on and off since Stormblood and the Statics I have found has disbanded after a short time, I never figured out why
I live in Norway and in timezone GMT+2

- I do have a working headset with mic, allthough I need to buy a new one.
- I would prefer a static that raids during the evenings, not too late when we start. 18.00-20.00 starting time would be perfect.
- NOT hardcore anymore! 2-3 days a week.
- FFXIV is not the same as WoW and I have some issues learning mechanics, please have patience with me
- I can raid mostly every night, BUT if i get called in for work I cannot attend, even when we agreed on a time and day. (Preferrably week-days, since I work most of the weekends)
- I LOVE crafting in this game and can craft food, potion and gear for the static, if mats are brought. Currently I can easily craft HQ items with NQ mats.
- My attitude is that we are suppose to wipe and I won't rage after 3 wipes! This is what I LOVE about raiding. The progress and FINALLY getting that boss down! TEAMWORK

Hey, if you haven't already, to increase your chances check out and post on your server's forum, the Recruitment subreddit and your Datacenter's Party Finder in-game. Try asking around in city-states, Roulettes and PFs for Extreme and Savage fights. Ask in Linkshells you're in, build network by adding people you enjoy playing with and one day them might be or know someone looking. Good luck in your search.

i just noticed my server Louisoix, is a sad forum thread, it's only 7 current threads there. Allthough I have had 25 views I got no replies.
I know it's and overflow of WHM in the game currently, concidering there is a healer draught. But WHM is currently very OP both healing and damage-wise compared to the other 2 healers. This is proven by alot of hardcore players, and youtubers like Work to Game.
I have always been a healer since I started my gaming life. My favourite healer in ff was AST and I played AST main since I got access to it. i got my AST to 80 and it felt clunky and weird to play compared to how it used to be, I thought I would get used to it, but it never felt comfortable to play after the changes. So i tried WHM. But do you think that gives me a disadvantage since most of the healers actually play WHM now?
