I have had these same errors since the launch of Shadowbringers
Changing to DX9 does not solve the issue.

Ive been able to narrow down that the issue with these specific crash codes happens to me when I am in a zone with LOTS of other players, i.e. any major city. It also happens to me when in open world areas that are massive populated such as a world FATE / S Rank spawn.

Last night I was unable to join my FC in a FATE grinding group because I would crash the constantly within the crowd.
