Missing arr story orchestrions

I purchased the tales of adventure: a realm reborn. I was supposed to receive all story orchestrions. I received none. I contacted support. Support told me to contact a game master. The game master team said that it was not in error and working as intended. Can anyone help me out with this? Is there a way to force an in-game master to physically talk to me in game?

The GM was correct.

The Tales of Adventure gives you all the stuff the quests you've skipped would have done, and none of the Main Scenario Quests of ARR give an Orchestrion Roll as a reward.

It's not the best way of wording it, but this is what 'associated with the main scenario of A Realm Reborn' meant.

So it says that it's going to give me all 0 story related orchestrions? Why even bother putting it there if there are none.

I have no clue. Saying 'any' instead of 'all' associated would have been at least a little clearer, especially for new players.

As far as I was aware none of the ARR main scenario quests ever reward an Orchestrion Roll - some story dungeons do have Orchestrion Rolls (or at least a damaged one required to snyth an actual one) as a possible treasure chest loot, but that is not part of the actual quest rewards themself though (like the 2.4 main scenario quest dungeon Snowcloak has a chance of rewarding the Orchestrion Roll for it's theme The Warrens in the treasure chest dropped after Fenrir is defeated, but that is not connected to the story quest itself and thus requires you to actually run that dungeon to get, and even then it's not a guaranteed drop, although it does drop frequently).

Hence any Orchestrion Rolls that are potential rewards from dungeons required to be undertaken as part of the main scenario are not gained automatically when using the main story skip item. You'll have to run these dungeons yourself to get them I'm afraid.
