I've had this happen to me within this month. I would try to que specifically for Orbonne with join party in progress checked and all languages checked and had just left the party while it was empty to come back as a tank. It told me I had a 33 minute wait time and was trying to start up a whole new party run for it. I feel bad because I just gave up. Actually that's happened twice or so
