    Any other PC users getting lots of crashes this last couple weeks?

    Not sure what the deal is. I have all my drivers updated and nothing has changed on my side but I'm getting errors or just crashes to desktop from time to time. Seems like it just started a couple weeks ago.

    Anyone else notice this?

    Is there any common theme to where you are or what you're doing when these happen?

    I've only crashed twice recently, and both times it was during hunt trains.

    I think it happens most when it's loading into a major city.

    Is it DirectX crashes? Or simply crashing to desktop with 0 notification?

    If it's the former I would check out the tech support forums. There are plenty of people experiencing that. If it's the latter...it could be any number of things. I was experiencing CTDs (game just closed for no apparent reason) and DirectX11 crashes constantly for about a week a couple months back, but resetting my PC fixed it (the CTDs). Might have been a corrupt file somewhere. The DirectX thing still happens to me about once a week. It's a known issue but SE fails to really acknowledge it.

    I had one full on crash, where the game locked up and went to a faded white screen. There was nothing obvious going on in Event Viewer when I dug a little bit, but for me it has only happened once.

    Seems there are a lot of crashes going on, since Tech Support show pages with the exact same issues on many players.
