Additional information: I have been checking over the last week to see if I can do any of the beast tribe quests only to be told that I wasn't allowed to do anymore that day. I've looked to see if I have any unfinished ones in my journal and found none yet every day I get told that I'm not allowed to accept anymore quests from the all of the beast tribes.

Are you absolutely sure you don't have a single unfinished beast tribe quest in your journal? It doesn't matter which tribe it's from. They should be easy enough to spot, since they all have the basic repeatable (recycling arrows) quest marker.

There so should be a face palm emoji on this forum because I feel so stupid. Because I had to shrink the display to be able to see everything more clearly the markers in my journal aren't as clear to me. So this whole flippin time I've been thinking I've been hit with a bug when really it was just an unfinished quest. Next time I'll more carefully go through my journal before submitting any forum post. Thanks for making me look again. God I'm such an idiot!

If it makes you feel any better, the issue of being unable to accept new beast tribe quests has been reported more times than I can count. And a large portion of those were from people that were sure they didn't have any leftover dailies from a previous day, only for it to turn out they did after the checked again. You are far from the first, and I doubt you will be the last.
