Cant find character after world transfer

transferred my character on Thursday July 25th. I was unaware there was a ddos attack and everyone had been force logged out at that time. I never received an email saying the transfer went through. After waiting the full 24 hrs I submitted a ticket through sqex asking them what was wrong and never received a response. I then waited until Monday the 29th to call customer support. Needless to say I got the run around. There was nothing that could be done except wait for the game master.. I was told to wait two more days to see if the problem resolved itself. I was told 1.) I would not be reimbursed for the transfer and 2.) my character could not be recovered since she was not “hacked” however, seeing at this happened during a ddos attack I feel like she was and this should qualify for a character data recovery. I cannot log into ANY characters, even ones that had nothing to do with anything. This char is my main and I was ready for eden savage. I’ve spent so much money on foams and mounts and sub time I am NOT BEING REIMBURSED FOR. I am extremely disappointed at the minute amount of customer service I am getting for a game that makes millions each year.... my character is not no longer showing up in mogstation as in she’s deleted or something. WHERE IS SHE? What am I supposed to do now? I can’t play the game I love and PAID for.

Are you sure the right Data Centre for the server you have transferred to is selected? It doesn't auto select the Data Centre when you login after transferring, you have to set it manually, otherwise it will indeed just show no characters on the character selection screen.

Yes.. the thing is it doesn’t really matter. I can’t log into ANY of my chars. And my main is completely deleted from mogstation
