Final Fantasy XIV - Dominant Program

Hello,

I'm pretty sure this problem appeared after the Emergency Maintenance the other night. Whenever FFXIV is the active window, it will always appear first in the queue of Alt+Tab options even when turning to another active window. It also, when active, pushes itself ontop of all other desktop assets such as the Task-Bar meaning I can no longer see my other open windows. I run Final Fantasy XIV in Windowed Mode 1920x1080; this issue could be partly-resolved by going to a lower resolution, however it still doesn't fix the alt+tabbing queue.

Another issue is that any windows behind Final Fantasy XIV cannot be accessed unless I minimise or move Final Fantasy XIV out the way. It's a good thing I have two screens.

- Graphics Card: ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series (4850 Specifically)
- Graphics Card Approx Total Memory: 2296MB
- Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit

- Internet Connect Speed: 50mb (5.5mb/s)
