Master crafter VII books

where is the new Master crafter books? Im in eulmore and went to every merchant and don't see them

They’re on the Scrip Vendor under Mastercraft Books. The Elmore vendor is the only one with the VII books, other similar vendors in other areas (such as Idyllshire) do not have that tier of Mastercraft Book.

Not quite. I got all mine at the script exchange vendor in Ul'dah, so I pressume the books should be available in all starting cities as well.
You are correct about the other areas though, as I tried the vendor in Rhalgr's Reach today but she didn't have them.

Nope, books allways used the lesser of the two scrips

Nope. 1200 yellow scrips each, for the Master craft VII books.

A bit late to the party here but has anyone noticed being able to buy a book you already have? I just accidentally bought the Master Weaver VII book a second time after a copy was already on my retainer. I remember with the older books I would get an error when trying to buy one-time use items with scrips that I already had. Does that only apply to ones you've already used, or have I come across a bug?

This only applies when you've already used the book, I believe? Aka: You cant buy a book again that you already have the recipes, but the game doesnt check all your inventories to see wether or not you have an used copy.
