    The monk changes are pretty great, to be honest. Being able to extend GL with Form Shift is something we've been asking for for at least two years now, and the increased duration on the forms means even less likelihood of dropping GL. Monk didn't need potency or damage help, this is a step in the right direction for the changes the job needs, which is specifically better methods (not more, better) of maintaining job buffs.

    It's a buff less manacost. I had a lot of out-of-mana, during my leveling.

    Same for SMN, it's a buff !
    reduce of Recast time.

    Did you misread these MP changes as potency changes? Or were you hoping for potency buffs instead? Because these are a huge boon to RDM right now, as the class was also MP negative without lucid to back it up. This will go a long way to making RDM enjoyable again.
