I guess that's why they deleted NIN for us?

But in GW2 the amount of bank space or inventory/bag space has to be purchase from ingame microtransaction. And you have to craft those 20/30 bag slots to equip it in your inventory. Per charactor inventory space is maximum 8 bag slots if I'm not wrong. And max holding for materials is 2000 per but also have to microtransaction ingame to increase it. You can farm gold to convert it to diamonds and buy it but is tedious.

edit: one nice thing about their crafting bank is that every mat has it's own slot with a starting max item count of 250. i think you can buy more space, but for casuals it's sweet because you push one button and all that crap moves out of your regular inventory Poof! until you hit that max.
that's like both of FFXIVs inventory headaches gone. not to mention the account wide shared bank and inventory slots....there's only a couple but it makes moving an item between characters very easy.

Not quite. We currently have 29 jobs (counting combat, crafting, and gathering all together), each needing a main hand item, in a 35-slot bag. Even if you only carry one item per job, that's pretty tight. If you're carrying extra, whether for glamour, spares for later levels in jobs you're still working on, or whatever other reason, it's not enough.
Rings are almost as bad. We have seven different roles (tank, healer, strength DPS, dexterity DPS, caster, crafter, gather), each needing two rings. Plus blue mage, being locked at 50, takes another pair. And, again, if they're at different levels, that takes up more slots, since they're not sharing if they're not close.
Left-side slots are tight right now, with people just hitting 80 on multiple jobs and still carrying relic gear, which also isn't shared between jobs, but that'll even out as gear progresses.
We have 9 jobs, at least as far as gear is concerned. Fending, Healing, Striking, Maiming, Scouting, Aiming, Casting, Land, Hand.
The vast majority of jobs share with others. Yes, there are job-specific sets, but those are for Glamour (and go in the Glamour dresser). Weapons are really the only argument to be made, since all jobs need a different weapon. But at the same time, you don't need more than 1 weapon per job in your armory (all others can go in inventory or glamour or gotten rid of), so no need for more than the 35 we have.
The one thing I can kind of agree on is rings, but again, they are shared between lots of classes.

This doesnt matter if all of your jobs are unlocked but all at various levels, sure when you hit 80 with a few of the same role that wont apply, but ive only even seen one player with 80 everything so far, and you know what theyre probably up to.
Agree with the topic. I would like some upgrades for an armoury chest too. We already have some gifts frome SE, tho. Chocobo sadlebag, increased glomour chest. But one more gift to expand an armoury about 10-15 squares would be more than apreciated.

Already covered that in the post you quoted, please read posts fully before replying. (self quote)"Weapons are really the only argument to be made, since all jobs need a different weapon. I totally agree on this topic. Especially the rings...
I mean, when you have all classes around the same level using the same gear for their roles, it might not be such a problem, but having different classes on different levels and they all need good gear to run dungeons etc. there isn't enough space.
