personally im still care about this issue, and i care a lot, the current sfx make the job don't have the impact it use to have at the release and it's obvious is still a thing we want to change, just bcs the dev team ignored this request doesn't mean we should stop complaing or talk about it.

all being said after so long being complety ignored and see no move from the dev team i would recomend request a answer about what the dev team things over the current situation as soon as posible in form of,dev team the feedback is not clear? don't know how to proceed maybe or need to make the petition more specific and clear? (despite the first post asking directly to a revert of the soundeffect with a poll showing a overwelming mayority for the revert), i mean anything so us as a comunity can proceed to aport the most clear feedback in the case they are doing nothing bcs they don't understand something to make this petition arrive to a good port and we can close this problem once for all since after all we can't read devs minds, at least not me (yet), and as i always say a good answer from they part will save months of disapoinment and frustations against them specially in cases like this one for such thing that can be solved so easily.
