I haven't touched the class since not long after they changed the audio. I tried, but the new audio just made me angry because everything is thwack and boom.

Most of us were ingame actually, ya know, enjoying Shadowbringers and having fun. I wasn't even aware that folks complained about the class until I came to investigate what the hell happened. So a tiny minority of some headasses complained, no one was able to dispute these complaints because quite frankly we had no complaints and were not aware there even was any.

Now that we've been petitioning for months, had a lot of support for reversal of this dumb change, and have been very vocal in our displeasure; we get absolutely no feedback. I am definitely going to complain about some arbitrary class feature for 6.0 and whine about it week one, since that seems to be the most effective way to get anything done.

Shadowbringers has had a great MSQ, great music, locations and dungeons. I absolutely adore it, and it's why I'm so upset about this whole thing, as it was enough to seriously detract from everything great.
This is EXACTLY how I feel. Well said. I had never tanked before, but GNB was going to be the job that I used to try out that role after I finished the MSQ as RDM. However, this audio change happened just as I was finishing and I had to change my plans because I just couldn't stand how it sounded. It ruined the entire appeal of the job for me and actually made me so sad that I lost some motivation to log in to the game at all for a short time. I was dumbfounded that they so radically adjusted the sounds based on some extremely early feedback only two weeks into the release. It was unprecedented. I've been supporting and watching this thread since the beginning, but it's starting to seem hopeless.
