Iaijutsu just must not have the frequency (in this case, the frequency I am referring to is how often the sound is) and pitch needed for a trigger. Plus GNB original sounds were louder, I think.

Maybe iaijutsu is enough to cause a headache, but not enough to cause the "I wanna puke" migraine.
The main issue with this post is also that everyone's "triggers" are subjective and different. What may be a loud, irritating, vomit inducing pitch to one person, may not another. Vice versa, so on and so forth. Even leaving Ninja out, there's plenty of sounds that likely cause people migraines that are repeated and were not changed in such a manner without any form of warning or indication other than "gunbreaker SFX have been altered". Also, we need to change the "I think's" to "it was" or etc.

Here's a video of the default 1-2-3 combo. Now... Idk about you, but I can't say that sounds higher in pitch than NIN's attacks. Those sound more ear piercing to me and they're just as frequent as the GNB's main combo.
