The difference is the massive effort now. I can give you 2 examples 1: you have 2 seals and need 1 specific and you have 3 redraw.

You've RR'd a Spire for an Expanded card. You now need to draw either a Balance or a Spear for an effective AoE buff.
That's a 1/3 chance...
