Mind not being so crytpic? They still nerfed it even if they did up the healing potency. Shields had already been nerfed, so why should they get nerfed again when the healing potency was shit to start with? Just up the healing potency, no need to reduce shields. Otherwise, you might as well just heal after instead of use shields before?

Aspected Helios:
・Healing potency has been increased from 100 to 200.
・Barrier's damage nullification reduced from 250% to 125%.

Multiple the number above by the number below to find your shield value.
That's breaking even. 250 potency shield for a 250 potency shield, but now with extra healing.

Celestial Opposition:
・Healing potency has been increased from 100 to 200.
・Barrier's damage nullification reduced from 150% to 125%.

That's a buff from a 150 effective potency shield, to a 250 potency shield.
