    If you heal for 1000 before, you got a shield for 2500. (1000 x 2.5 (250%))

    If you heal for 2000 now, you get a shield for 2500. (2000 x 1.25 (125%))

    It's a straight buff.

    The devs also thought numbers were everything instead of gameplay and smoothness and look what happened. Numbers are only part of the bigger picture. You'd understand more if you played the healers before and after the changes. It's more than just a set rotation.

    Divination/AST job mechanic is a meme now. Who cares about seals now? 2% diff between best/worse combination is so low it just doesn't matter for most content/players. I may remove the job gauge altogether and won't even notice.

    Lowering Divination cooldown have a side effect aswell - you will Minor Arcana less cards now.

    At this point I just would like to have Minor Arcana cards drop from Draw and remove the "Minor Arcana" skill altogether. And while they are at it, remove Play and add its functionality to Draw.

    Since they reduced the timer of Divination from 3 minutes to 2, it'll be a bit harder to get the seals aligned correctly so they decide not screwing AST for hypothetical bad luck.

    Yeah but the coolest part of the old ast was that when u were unlucky u could always trying to save the situation creating an almost decent buff, but when u were lucky, God, it was so satisfying! That was the sensation of the ast, If live gave u lemon u did a lemonade, and that s also the core job lore: u’re just a destiny watcher, u can’t change it, but u could trying to do your best to get it most benefic u could. (Srry for my bad eng xD )
    I suppose divination needs to be the best buff in game cause is quite rng based, so I would turn into 8%-5%-4%

    Right now all that ast need is something to differentiate the bad or the beginners one, from the ones who know how push the card system at it’s max, I don’t know how but need to work in this direction if they want to save the job

    I think devs done a very good choice there instead.

    Savage players will refine their minmax rotations because they want that 6% up, while casual players cannot bother and run 4% without worries of making breaking mistakes.
