    The Blackest Night is still by far the best "spammable" tank mitigation cooldown for dealing with predictable spikes of damage from tank busters and the like (Which are the main thing that puts tanks at risk) which I feel makes them plenty viable.

    I'd welcome the slightly lower DPS they offer in exchange for a bigger HP cushion if we need to be dealing with stuff on the level of OS10's tank busters regularly in this tier.
