ASTs identity and lore was built around the cards and the constellations they represented. While the sects represented day and night you only ever used them to enable 2 of your skills. Which currently you could just remove the sects and leave AST in an always on Diurnal and nothing would change. This is because the sects are hardly THE problem with AST. The cards are THE problem with AST. The sects are just a problem because the internal balancing of AST has been terrible resulting in Nocturnal being all but useless. While the cards directly effect ASTs overall viability in all content.
As long as SE tries to keep each healers personality in tact we should be okay. I'll admit ASTs and SCHs identities are a bit meh right now, AST more than SCH, but WHM feels like it should, the healer equivalent of BLM. Powerful heals and powerful nukes every so often, and minor raid utility. Granted, I'm not too sure how to perceive Temperance, but I I've heard good things, mostly.

I think a lot of WHMs have not adapted to its existence. I hardly ever see a WHM pull out the wings. Though since its main use is to be a Largese buff to healing they may just not need it.As long as SE tries to keep each healers personality in tact we should be okay. It's also on a 120s cooldown, you always have this "I should keep it for when it's really needed" feeling
Then you end up doing the whole fight without it because it wasn't mandatory at any point
It's a bit easier to use in savages because you learn when's the best time to use it, but in normal content it's easy to always keep it for emergencies and ending up never pressing that button

My dps is definitely that high....... against a training dummy
with same dps with every 3 healers ppls will do astro/sch camps like it was in SB ...It's also on a 120s cooldown, you always have this "I should keep it for when it's really needed" feeling
