I'm glad to have Verraise and I wouldn't want to see it removed but honestly I don't think it should tax our dps as much as it does BECAUSE it's not a dps utility.
Same reason why I think MCH needs a dps buff. Sure they're quite good but their only utility is Tactician which isn't a dps utility. MCH should be a bit closer to BLM & SAM.
