I'll echo others and say remove Verraise from Red Mage and Summoner, and I'm glad I'm not the only to suggest this.

Make it so Healers are the only ones that can battle rez, and the cooldown of Swiftcast the same.

During raids see too many people stand in the insta-death attacks and be like "LOL whatever, rez me rdm"
