I once heard someone, a WHM main, say that ShB didn't really fix any of WHMs, problems at all, it instead did to AST and SCH in one patch what SE had been doing to WHM gradually since HW.

I don't know if its true or not but given that WHM didn't really change all that much I'm inclined to believe it is.
