Hello,
I have never had a issue with this or any game crashing on my PC. This issue has occurred every hour for the past 4 today. Can you assist please?

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

When exactly did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC that coincides with this?

Do you notice any patterns to the crashes? Do they only happen in certain locations or while doing certain actions?

What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue?

This is a random occurrence. No pattern whatsoever. It has only happened shortly after crafting so far. The first time was on 7/28/2019 while crafting near the Summoning Bell in Kugane. It happened periodically over a 4 hour timespan. The next occurrence was today around 1:40 PM EST in Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks also near a Summoning Bell just after finishing a crafting cycle. I craft for long periods at times but its usually right after I finish a crafting cycle after crafting for several hours first. It has also happened as soon as I click on the retainers Summoning Bell just after crafting. No updates to my PC, no new games, downloads, etc. I just play FFXIV now.

When the game crashes, are there any programs running in the background? Please also make sure all overlays are disabled. Could you try updating the drivers. I also recommend doing a cleanboot. Open the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.
