i find it extremely difficult to believe that people don't notice the slower camera movement in the diagonal directions. the camera used to move at the same speed regardless of where you moved the analog stick. but now, for example, if i am holding straight all to the right and start to move upwards the camera move speed will slow down. it will speed back up after exiting the diagonal area.
And this is because none of us are noticing it, because we're not having that problem. Why would we lie? Believe me, I would LOVE to +1 your complaint and help if it was happening but the only problem I have right now is my old elite controller has a loose stick that makes me walk sometimes when I want to run. using a different controller fixes this.

Valve was of zero help in recovering my controller profile for this game. they flat out told me it was impossible because the game is no longer available through STEAM. ( i am 100% certain that the game is still available through STEAM ) SE won't be able to help either, they will just move it to the not enough information area. it isn't possible for me to provide anymore information. they changed something and they know it... if they don't want to fix it then i guess controller will just be ruined for me. congrats to those who don't notice the change.

regardless, your controller ID never changes. even if you reinstall windows, it doesn't change. for example, i can take my xbox one controller on to a different PC and with my STEAM account it will load the configs. i can have two seemingly identical Xbox one controllers and STEAM will load the profiles on a per controller basis.

even after hours of reinstalling the game... even after deleting the game folder from documents to reset everything back to default... i have tried updating bluetooth drivers, and even tried older bluetooth drivers. with, or without STEAM... nothing seems to be fixing this.

regardless. STEAM shows my configuration for the game proper after installing from a Heavensward disc. but after updating the game to Shadowbringers, STEAM wipes it back to default. not now, because i have already been configuring trying to adjust to the changes without luck. but point is, STEAM is showing two different sets of configurations for the game based on either HW or SB. that in of itself is impossible for me to do. the ONLY possible way for that to happen is for Square Enix to change something.
all we can say is that we (the people replying to you in this thread) have not experienced the problem. Have you tried to contact SE technical support? This forum is mostly for general conversation and probably not gonna get you a lot of technical help.
