FFXIV Boot Error Unable to complete version check. [30605][20448][10009][10019]

Hello, recently I have needed to download FFXIV onto a laptop due to my usual computer being out of service; however when I attempted to launch the launcher/updater for the game, it came up with the response of "FFXIV Boot Error Unable to complete version check. [30605][20448][10009][10019]". Is there any way to fix this?

Note: I used the official installer to install the game and have allowed it through my systems firewall, reinstalled it, changed the cfg file, and reset my router.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

This only started happening when you stated using this new laptop, correct? Is it connected via a wired or wireless connection?

If you don't normally use this PC make sure to update Windows (including any optional updates).

Double-check that your anti-virus has the appropriate exceptions for Final Fantasy XIV.

You can also try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

Thank you for responding so quickly to my thread about my problem, so far I have made it so Windows is up to date, I have made sure that my anti-virus has had proper exceptions (even went as far as just disabling it), and am currently using a wireless connection. I have not tried doing a clean boot yet so I will try that; once again thank you for your quick response to my problem.
