The op ask if THM/BLM has issue's still and yes they do and ballad of the magi does not cure that nor does sangine rite, and pars makes you break even so all that does not matter. THM mp tools are terrible, BLM mp tools are ok at best but comes with a risk. Ether's and Elxiers all have cool downs they share. Keep trying bro.

You left out Ballad of the magi. No one ever said you had a MP management issue. Unlike yourself, I do not claim others said something they did not. What I specifically did was ask you if you did have those issues, hence the question mark. You do not have to be standing still to regen MP, there is a much much greater boost with potions, you can ALWAYS regen MP with ballad of the magi.
