I use it on ranged DPS who are floating out in orbit when there's a lot of healing pressure. If you think i'm gonna waste a GCD or an OGCD heal on someone who's standing out of range of medica/helios/succor you are mistaken. I'm gonna yank you in, and then get back to healing everyone.

It's either that or you die, so i'd consider that a positive use.
