New idea for a Roulette "Minimum IL"

I'd love this.There are some issues though.To ensure this kind of roulette wouldnt end up as dead content some incentive would have to be put in it.Larger rewards or unique rewards.
The problem is that once you put any kind of reward into it you'll attract the worst players the game has to offer which would likely lead to the runs getting extremly salty and ragey.

More blood for the blood lily.
