Crash (No Error Message)

Hello team,

I've been running into this in the past few days. Multiple crashes with no displayed errors. Happens only in Limsa Lominsa from what I've seen. System Information below. I've also seen this before where Chrome is open while launching the game. There could be something related there.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums. I apologize for the delay in our response.

When did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC that coincides with this?

According to your System Report, your graphics card drivers are a bit out of date. You may want to do a clean install of the most up-to-date versions.

If you have not done so already, try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game. Make sure to close any other programs or overlays while playing the game.

You may also want to try a complete reinstallation of the game.
