When starting the level 10 Arcanist quest, Thubyrgeim kindly suggests that to mix up and maximize my damage potential, to try things like Aetherflow and Energy Drain. Energy Drain is level 18, and...I don't see a button for Aetherflow, but I haven't played an Arcanist-based class since Heavensward, so I don't know how its changed since then or if I should expect to see it ever.

It's not really a 'bug,' but it doesn't fall under 'tech support,' it probably falls under the title of 'who cares,' but if Thubyrgeim is going to keep nagging me about my studies, she should at least read the patch notes.
