Definitely. As someone who plays multiple jobs all the time, I often have to fall back to shorter hairstyles or pony tails just to avoid horrible clipping on specific chest piece collars.

Thanks for all the positive replies, everyone. <3 Would love to keep this up and get it noticed by Square. With some luck maybe someone will eventually just ask Yoshi P about it. -.-
yes please

I like the idea and am all for if, but I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't possible for one reason or another.

It would be great because the hairstyles I like either clip into the headband I'm wearing or clip in the steampunk goggles I'm wearing depending on which class I play. Tying hairstyles to the plates would be a great way to work around the hair clipping issues.

This is a necessary feature to help avoid clipping, SE can use all the resources needed for this to be completed.
For those saying this can't be done, I doubt hairstyles use much memory so of course it's doable and it's also possible to link them to Gear Sets which would be a better option given the Glamour Dresser's limitations!...

I dont so im fine with how it is atm.

Honestly suggested it before but we should have the option to select a 2nd hairstyle that we could toggle simliar to /visor, and show/hide Helm/weapon. Would solve the clipping issues with certain armors if the 2nd hairstyle was purely short ones and the 1st was longer ones.
Yes! Have to add more characters to get above the 10 character minimum.
But Yes!
