Minor correction. Royal Road had 3 effects: Expand (AoE, Spire/Ewer), Extend (2x duration, Arrow/Spear), and Enhance (50% stronger effect, Balance/Bole). It was the Minor Arcana where you had only 2 different effects. In total you had 3 modifiers and 8 different effects with 2 effects unable to be modified.
