<Ethos> Is opening its doors! [Recruitment Thread]

Hi there! How are you guys today? C: My name is Alja, and Ethos' doors are freshly opened to accept members! We are currently a fairly small FC, but we have all the amenities. Here is a little blurb about who we are, and what we aim to be in our little corner of XIV:

First off, Ethos is built off of two primary fundamentals- the noun definition of our name, Ethos, can give a good idea of what we're about. "The characteristic spirit of a culture, era, or community as manifested in its beliefs and aspirations."

We are a community based on the belief that a free company should be like a respite; a place to rest, take refuge, recoup and relax. Our next fundamental goal would be that Ethos is about creating a home for players to come back to, people to play together with, and for everyone to have access to things they may not on their own. We are meant to be a place where you can go to find a positive environment to grow and have fun in, be it old players or new!

We love all kinds of players; we have end game content raiders and casual for-fun players alike, thus we do not support people putting down others based on skill level or how often they play the game/ what kind of content they play.

Here are a few perks of joining our friendly little respite!

+) Crafters and gatherers to help out with gear, as well as help you level your crafting and gathering.

+) A house with a chocobo stable, free chocobo dying fruit, and we are currently in the process onions for our members to level their chocobos past 10.

+) Airship in the works, Submarine will come after.

+) R8 with buffs running to help you out! If you would like a specific buff, please ask. ; 3 ;!

+) Raiding and end game content players, soon to form an FC based raid team. Looking for raiders!

+) Food in the FC house, bells for summoning and the other essentials all in one spot! The house is in Ul Dah, directly next to the hot springs and market board.

+) Friendly players who just want to play the game and help each other out! If you are looking for a calm, fun environment, then Ethos will leave the doors cracked open even wider, so the smell of our freshly baked goods can reach. :]

+) Active players that are on often, including myself! Though we do not expect you to be on all the time, we have a few people who love the game and can be found there often. <3

+) Plans and a nearly complete fund maintained by leadership to purchase a mansion in Ishgard, or wherever else a mansion might open up in the future!

+) A discord server, soon to be boosted with Nitro.
