    Temple Cyclas Not Working?

I just finished my monk AF last night and the benefit of 'Conserves MP Cost of Fist Actions' is not obvious to me. It's 28 MP per tic with or without the AF body, and it appears to me that the elapsed time between tics is the same. Is this broken, or am I missing something here?

were you wearing the gear when you activated the ability? it may sound stupid but i know people have tried to test the difference by doing ability seeing 28 mp a tick, then putting them on and still seeing 28 mp a tick, since you need them on for the ability for it to activate that obviosuly wont work.
