I will exchange my Handmaster's Ring in my Grand Compagny but now i cant. So i don't if a bug or not but i would like to know why now i can not anymore ?

Yup, this happened to me as well after 5.0 dropped.

Used to be able to hand in Handmaster/Landmaster rings for 1035 GC seals each but now we can't.

Not sure, why they changed it.

You can still desynth them though for a chance at Fieldcraft Demimateria 3s

Not only those. None of the DoH/DoL scrip gear seem to be possible to turn in for GC seals any longer.
